VILLA ALOHA, CANNES
Villa Aloha is a harmonious blend of architecture, nature and modern comfort in the heart of Cannes on France's Côte d'Azur.
Historic rooms with panoramic windows, cosy areas for work and relaxation, and incredible sea views from the terrace create the perfect conditions for creativity and inspiration.
Every corner of the villa is imbued with an atmosphere of freedom, beauty and lightness.
Here you can greet the dawn on the terrace with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, spend the day in the incredible places of the French Riviera, and in the evening exchange ideas on the sunset veranda with like-minded people.

History and architecture of the villa
Villa Aloha was built in 1905 and designed by French architect Henri Stoeklin, a master of Art Nouveau who sought to combine elegant forms with the harmony of the natural environment.
Henri Stoeklin was an outstanding architect and engineer who, together with his father Jules, worked actively on the French Riviera from 1895 to 1914.
Henri Stoeklin is famous for his unique approach, combining different materials — wood, brick, stone, ceramics and decorative plaster — to create elegant and expressive buildings. He paid particular attention to detail: sculptural mouldings, original corbelled cornices, richly decorated balconies and stained glass windows — all of which form the characteristic Art Nouveau aesthetic.
It is thanks to this that the villa has been granted the status of a ‘bâtiment historique’ — recognition as an architectural monument of the city of Cannes.
The exterior of the villa reflects the striking features of Art Nouveau: flowing lines, stained glass windows, and decorative facade finishes. The interiors have retained their Art Nouveau style with authentic furniture by masters of the era, such as Louis Majorelle and Émile Gallé, transforming the villa into a real museum gem. Guests find themselves inside a living museum. Every item here is part of the rich history of modernism and cultural life at the beginning of the 20th century.
Revival and modern appearance
In 1984, the villa came into the caring hands of Michel Perréard, a graduate of the Nice School of Fine Arts, architect and graphic designer, who devoted himself to restoring and carefully preserving the villa's authentic details and atmosphere.
In 2012, together with his wife, the talented artist Tatiana Perréard, they opened the villa's doors to travellers and creative guests, creating a friendly atmosphere. Today, Villa Aloha is a private art gallery and art residence.
Location
Villa Aloha is located at 101 avenue de Grasse, on the border of the historic districts of Le Suquet and Marché Forville, just 930 metres from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches of Cannes.
